Banana bars recipe
Little banana base muesli bars with loads of goodness.
This recipe makes about 35-40 bars, depending on how big you want to cut them.
They last for ages in the fridge and are great to take to work or school, or grab at home for a little snack.
Recipe:
1kg mashed Bananas
100g Chia seeds
100g Oats
100g LSA mix
100g nut & seed mix
Method:
Mash bananas up
Add dry ingredients and max thoroughly
Line a backing tray with baking paper and press mix into it, so it's about 1-1.5cm think.
Score then Bake in the oven at about 180' till they look golden brown on top
Chop into bars
Store in a container in the fridge.
