Group Training
Group Training is a great way to stay motivated and have fun while getting fit and strong. All session are open to all abilities as we cater intensity and exercises to each individual's current ability.

Our STRENGTH based class to develop technique, improve strength, and gain muscle tone. Work in a circuit format or in pairs completing a set workout.

MOBILITY / STRETCH
Our STRETCH class, using various mobility and stretch techniques to develop lean supple and injury free bodies.

​Tom has a strong passion for helping others lose weight having travelled his own weight loss journey throughout adolescence and into adulthood. His favourite type of training in resistance training. If you need any help whilst you're here give him a shout, he'll be able to help you or send you in the right direction.

With 8 years experience, she specialises in strength training and enjoys working with women focusing on their their hormones and gut health to help them unlock their strength, confidence and vitality. Honie's coaching goes beyond the physical, working on all levels; being mind, body and spirit.
